2) Subsidy for Land Acquisition in Sakishima Cosmosquare

| Subsidy requirements |
- Must purchase city land of 3,000 m2 or larger (in case of R&D facilities, 1,000 m2 or larger)
- The floor space eligible for subsidy must account for 80% or more of the total floor space of the facility.
- The facility must be prepared and used by the eligible company, and 5 or more full-time staff members must be employed.
